Are you feeling anxious?

When you’re anxious, you might feel nervous, worried, scared, or even on edge or irritated. It’s normal to feel anxious sometimes. However, when anxiety is so intense, distressing, or distracting that it is harder to do what we want or need to do, it can cause problems.

This 5 minute anxiety quiz can help give you an idea of whether anxiety symptoms are negatively impacting your life, as well as how to cope with or treat it.

Disclaimer: While this quiz helps indicate potential symptoms of anxiety, it is not a medical test and does not provide a diagnosis. Only a licensed mental health professional can diagnose anxiety or other mental health conditions. You are encouraged to discuss any concerns you have with a mental health professional, for which resources will be provided at the end of the quiz.
